2. Processing Time

• Standard orders: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Customized/personalized orders: Dispatched within 3–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS. You can track your order at any time using the Order Tracking page with your order number and phone number.

5. Service Areas

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement.

6. Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

• National holidays and peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.)
• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Remote or difficult-to-access locations

We will proactively notify you via WhatsApp if there are significant delays with your order.

7. Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment. If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, we will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule.
