Days Refund

1. Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

Items eligible for return must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
  • Not damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized jewelry (items with custom photos, engravings, or made-to-order pieces)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and reason for return with photos
  3. We will arrange a free pickup from your address within 2 business days
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 7 days of return approval.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or design variations, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
